Who's behind ULTRA

Built at the intersection of vehicle data and wholesale auctions.

CarDr's team spans decades in automotive remarketing, diagnostics, and technology commercialization — the people who've actually stood in the lane.

CarDr is redefining vehicle diagnostics through its Mechanical Intelligence platform. Powered by OEM-level diagnostics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and proprietary analytics, CarDr analyzes data from more than 50 vehicle modules in seconds — delivering actionable intelligence for automotive auctions, dealerships, fleet operators, lenders, and remarketing organizations.

Leadership

The people behind the platform.

Parry Singh, Founder & Chairman of CarDr
Founder & Chairman

Parry Singh

Parry founded CarDr.com's Automotive Diagnostic Technology, On-Board Diagnostics, AI/Machine Learning, Marketing, and Corporate Business Development divisions. He built the company around a simple conviction: the used-vehicle market runs on guesswork about mechanical condition, and OEM-level data — over 100 ECUs read in seconds — is what replaces it. Dealers, auctions, lenders, and consumers all price the same car differently because none of them can see inside it. CarDr's Mechanical Intelligence platform closes that gap before the deal closes.

He is an American serial entrepreneur who has founded more than eight companies across diagnostics, private equity, real estate finance, and e-commerce. In 2004 he founded Red Fort Capital, scaling it into a $1.2 billion real estate private equity fund backed by institutional and sovereign wealth investors, closing 30+ deals across 55 million square feet nationwide. During his final year in Kellogg's MBA program he founded EthnicGrocer.com, raising more than $70 million in venture financing, and he built American Capital Realty into a brokerage managing over $400 million in transactions.

His early career combined finance and engineering: investment banking at Chase Securities (now JPMorgan Chase), and engineering and program management at Symbol Technologies (now Motorola). He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an M.S. in Engineering, and a B.Tech where he graduated first in his class — the technical foundation behind CarDr's patent-pending diagnostic work.

Greg Lubrani, CEO & President of CarDr
CEO & President

Greg Lubrani

Greg brings 38+ years of remarketing and diagnostics industry leadership to CarDr, with senior roles at Repairify, ACV Auctions, Copart, and Manheim before joining as CEO and President in 2025 — most recently serving as Chief Sales Officer at Repair OnDemand and SVP at Repairify. That combination of diagnostics-technology depth and wholesale-industry experience is what CarDr Founder & Chairman Parry Singh pointed to in naming him: "Greg is one of the few executives who understands both the complexity of diagnostics and the realities of the auction lane."

He's since led CarDr's expansion across auctions, dealerships, DMS platforms, warranty administrators, and lenders — including recent OEM-level diagnostic integrations with IAA and Turn Automotive. As Greg puts it: "CarDr isn't just an engine diagnostics company — it's a technology company that will bring innovation."
