Sales

Territory Sales Representative — CarDr ULTRA

Fort Lauderdale, FL · Full-Time · Entry-Level Sales

Base salary $36,000–$60,000 (based on experience) + uncapped commission. On-target earnings of $100,000+ annually.

About CarDr

CarDr is a leader in vehicle diagnostic technology and the maker of CarDr ULTRA, a next-generation scanning platform built for the wholesale automotive ecosystem. Our technology scans a vehicle in as little as 15 seconds, reading 50+ ECUs across 138 OEM protocols to surface hidden mechanical and electrical faults before they become costly surprises.

Some of the biggest names in the industry already run on CarDr — CarDr ULTRA is deployed at scale across major automotive auction networks nationwide, and dealers, fleets, and inspection companies trust our platform to buy and sell with confidence. We continue to innovate at the intersection of diagnostics, data, and automotive commerce, and we're just getting started.

We're growing our sales team in Fort Lauderdale and looking for someone hungry to build a career in a fast-moving, high-growth automotive technology company — with direct visibility to our President.

The Opportunity

This is a high-energy, front-line sales role. You'll be selling CarDr ULTRA directly to:

  • Auto dealers (independent and franchise)
  • Automotive auctions
  • Fleet operators
  • Vehicle inspection companies

If you're competitive, self-motivated, and want your paycheck to reflect your hustle — not your tenure — this is built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, in-person visits, and networking within the automotive wholesale space
  • Build and manage a pipeline of dealer, auction, fleet, and inspection company prospects from first contact through closed deal
  • Deliver product demonstrations of CarDr ULTRA that clearly show the value of fast, accurate vehicle diagnostics
  • Negotiate pricing and close new accounts, focused on hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline status, and closed business in the CRM
  • Represent CarDr at industry events, auctions, and trade shows as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales and product team to relay market feedback and competitive intelligence

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience — B2B, outside sales, or automotive/aftermarket experience strongly preferred
  • Hungry and self-motivated — you don't wait to be told what to do; you find the next call to make
  • Aggressive in pursuit of the sale — comfortable with rejection, persistent, and always working the next lead
  • Coachable — willing to learn the product, the market, and the sales process
  • Strong communicator — confident on the phone, in person, and in writing
  • Comfortable with a commission-driven pay structure — you want your income tied to your performance
  • Self-organized — able to manage your own pipeline and time without heavy oversight
  • Reliable transportation — local travel to dealers, auctions, and fleet sites required

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: $36,000–$60,000, based on experience
  • Uncapped commission on new recurring revenue closed
  • On-target earnings of $100,000+ annually for reps hitting quota, with top performers earning well beyond that
  • Structured 30-day onboarding to get you up to speed on product, market, and process
  • Clear path for advancement into senior sales, account management, or territory leadership as you prove results
  • Direct exposure to company leadership — this role reports to the President

Strategy & Operations

Business Operations & Strategy Manager

Florida, USA · Full-Time · On-Site

Competitive base + performance bonus + incentive stock options. Direct exposure to executive leadership from day one.

About CarDr

CarDr is one of the most dynamic automotive product engines in the industry, building the world's fastest diagnostic scanning technology for auctions, dealer groups, lenders, and automotive platforms. CarDr has contracts with the largest auto auctions in the United States, is scaling rapidly, and is on track to exceed $20M+ in revenue within the next 12 months.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly analytical, execution-oriented business professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants meaningful responsibility from day one. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance, customer success, and growth. You'll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to help drive the operating rhythm of the company, turning ideas into execution and ensuring our highest-priority initiatives move forward.

One day you may be analyzing customer adoption trends, the next preparing executive materials for a major customer meeting, building KPI dashboards, coordinating a product launch, or helping develop the strategy behind our next market expansion. Success in this role isn't measured by the number of projects you touch — it's measured by your ability to solve problems, improve execution, and help CarDr grow faster.

If you're looking for a structured corporate environment with clearly defined responsibilities, this probably isn't the right fit. If you're energized by ownership, accountability, rapid learning, and the opportunity to help build a category-leading technology company, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Own

  • Growth execution — track and drive weekly targets across auctions, dealerships, customer usage, scan volume, and client adoption
  • Client/account growth — support onboarding, usage expansion, retention, issue tracking, and executive follow-up for auction and dealer customers
  • Operating cadence — build dashboards, trackers, meeting notes, action lists, and accountability systems that keep the team moving
  • Project management — coordinate sales, product, marketing, customer success, and operations initiatives from idea to completion
  • Financial performance — monitor revenue drivers, customer activity, scan economics, expenses, and budget-vs-actual discipline
  • Marketing and strategy — help shape campaigns, decks, partner materials, analysis, and go-to-market plans
  • Leadership support — prepare CEO/leadership briefs, market analysis, customer summaries, and decision-ready materials

Who We're Looking For

  • MBA preferred, recent MBA, or high-potential business graduate with at least 3 years of cumulative professional experience after undergrad and/or MBA
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry; prior experience with dealerships, auctions, auto finance, fleet, SaaS, marketplaces, or mobility is preferred
  • Excellent command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; able to turn raw numbers and loose ideas into clear operating documents
  • Analytical, structured, and metric-driven; comfortable owning goals and following up until numbers improve
  • Strong communicator who can work with customers, salespeople, technical teams, and senior leadership
  • Entrepreneurial and practical — willing to do the spreadsheet, make the client call, draft the deck, and chase the answer

Why Join CarDr

  • Work on one of the most important data layers in used vehicles — real-time mechanical condition, diagnostics, repair cost, code reset detection, and auction/dealer risk
  • Join a fast-growing startup with major U.S. auction contracts, strong dealer expansion potential, and a product built for high-volume automotive workflows
  • Receive meaningful responsibility early, direct executive exposure, and incentive stock options tied to company growth
  • Help scale a company positioned to become core infrastructure for used-car appraisal, acquisition, arbitration, financing, and dealer profitability

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity tied to individual and company objectives
  • Incentive stock options, allowing you to participate in CarDr's long-term growth
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership with meaningful responsibility from day one
  • Exceptional opportunities for career advancement as the company continues to scale

You'll work directly with Founder Parry Singh, a Kellogg MBA and serial entrepreneur building his eighth company, and CEO Greg Lubrani, one of the automotive industry's most respected technology leaders. Rather than working several layers removed from leadership, you'll participate in strategic discussions, customer meetings, operational planning, financial reviews, and growth initiatives — developing a broad business foundation across strategy, operations, finance, sales, marketing, product, and customer success.

Final compensation will be based on experience, demonstrated capability, and overall fit for the role.
