Founder & Chairman
Parry Singh
Parry is an American serial entrepreneur who has built more than eight companies. He founded CarDr.com to bring OEM-level diagnostic visibility — reading over 100 ECUs — into the used car buying, selling, and financing process, giving dealerships, auctions, lenders, and buyers real insight into a vehicle's actual condition before the deal closes.
Before CarDr, Parry founded Red Fort Capital in 2004, scaling it into a $1.2 billion real estate private equity fund backed by institutional and sovereign wealth investors, with more than 30 deals across 55 million+ square feet nationwide. He also founded EthnicGrocer.com during his final year at Kellogg's MBA program, raising over $70 million in venture financing, and built American Capital Realty into a brokerage managing over $400 million in transactions.
His early career included investment banking at Chase Securities (now JPMorgan Chase) and engineering and program management at Symbol Technologies (now Motorola).
